Who we are looking for:
Lullaland is hiring an Equipment Manager who can work approximately 15-20 hours a week.
The Equipment Manager is a highly organized, detail-oriented person who supports the behind-the-scenes logistics of our sensory play classes. This role is essential to ensuring our programming runs smoothly, with a strong focus on the preparation, transport, and organization of our themed props.
With over 650 unique props used in our program, the Equipment Manager plays a key role in making sure the right items are in the right place at the right time. The ideal candidate is methodical, goal-driven, and has a keen eye for detail. They work well independently and as part of a team, contributing to both the setup and teardown of classes.
In addition to managing and transporting the class equipment, the Equipment Manager may occasionally assist in classes. While performing arts or singing experience is not required, it’s a welcome asset. Above all, this person is personable, confident, and committed to helping classes run smoothly.
A mid-sized to large personal vehicle is required for transporting equipment between our storage facility and class venues.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and transport equipment, ensuring they are properly packed, stored, and labeled
Work from our storage facility to prepare weekly class materials using session plans, with close attention to detail so each class has the props they need for that week’s adventure
Be a sanitizing superstar! Follow our stringent sanitizing measures to ensure everything is clean and ready for use
Transport equipment to or from our storage facility or between venues
Assist with class setup and teardown, and delivery of program as an assistant, when needed
Ideal Candidate:
Exceptionally organized with strong time management skills
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Possesses a driver’s license and mid-sized to large vehicle for equipment transport
Enthusiastic about supporting a creative, child-focused organization
Performing arts or singing experience is a bonus, but not required
