MAKE-UP CLASSES:

If you cannot attend a class, as a gesture of goodwill and with prior notice (at least 24 hours ahead of the booked class time) Lullaland will try and accommodate you in the same class at a different location. This is not guaranteed and will only be offered when there is class capacity in the alternative locations. Please note, makeup classes may be more difficult to accommodate at this time due to class capacities being limited.

GIFT A CLASS POLICY:

Alternatively, participants can gift their space to a friend with a similar-aged child. Lullaland’s ‘Gift a class’ policy can only be redeemed for the date and time of the class that you cannot attend. This needs to be pre-arranged by emailing contact@lullalandsensory.ca, cc’ing the person you are gifting to or providing their contact information so Lullaland can contact the guest and have them agree to the T&Cs prior to attending. Participants are not able to gift their space without giving Lullaland prior notice.

Please note, if you cannot attend a class you can gift your regular class spot OR choose to take a make-up class. You cannot do both.

SUITABILITY OF BABY IN CLASS:

Lullaland reserves the right to move a participant to another class if a baby not in the development phase for that class. For example, if a baby is very mobile but registered in the Lullanewborns class with babies who are not, Lullaland can request and enforce that the family moves their booking to a suitable class and even deny access in the class to this family.
