Join Our Team

Location:

Mississauga, ON (Greater Toronto Area)

Who we’re looking for:

Lullaland has captured the hearts of families across Canada - and now, we’re officially launching a brand‑new territory in the Toronto/GTA area, beginning in Mississauga! This is your chance to join a fun & fast-growing company and make a meaningful impact through unforgettable weekly classes.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and personable Assistant to support our Mississauga operations, both in the class setting and behind the scenes. This is an interactive, hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves performing or being around people, engaging with young families, and working in a lively, fast‑paced environment.

Beyond classes, the successful candidate will enjoy organization, logistics, and ensuring that all behind‑the‑scenes details come together to deliver smooth, successful weekly programming. Because our sensory props need to be transported between multiple program sites across Mississauga, access to a mid‑large SUV (or similar vehicle) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Set the Stage – Help with set-up, teardown, and resetting the room between classes, ensuring props are sanitized and organized

·       Support & Engage – Assist in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families, greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm.

·       Interact & Inspire – Engage babies and toddlers using props like colorful scarves, parachutes, and bubbles while encouraging engagement

·       Entertain and perform – the ideal candidate can captivate a room and has a strong singing voice (formal voice training is not required however it would be an asset)

·       Be a Team Player – Support the Class Leader, follow cues, and contribute to a seamless class experience

·       Work from our storage facility to prepare weekly class materials using session plans, with close attention to detail so each class has the props they need for that week’s adventure

·       Availability & Mobility - work a minimum of 2 days a week (approx. 6-hour shifts) starting in May. Transport equipment to or from our storage facility or between venues (applicants must have access to a vehicle).
