Lullaland has captured the hearts of families across Canada - and now, we’re officially launching a brand‑new territory in the Toronto/GTA area, beginning in Mississauga! This is your chance to join something joyful, meaningful, and rapidly growing.

Our immersive classes transform playtime into magical moments for babies, toddlers, and their grownups. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, engaging, and energetic Class Leader to deliver unforgettable weekly experiences. We are hiring multiple Class Leaders to help launch and grow this new region.

If you love working with young children, enjoy singing and performing, and can confidently guide a lively room with warmth and creativity - we can’t wait to meet you.

Key Responsibilities: 

● Lead & Perform
Guide babies, toddlers, and their grownups through interactive sensory adventures using music, movement, storytelling, and imagination.

● Engage & Connect
Build strong relationships with families and create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels cared for.

● Sing & Entertain
Comfortably lead songs in every class. A confident singing voice is a strong asset - no formal training required.

● Set the Stage
Support classroom setup and teardown, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe space.

● Direct & Support
Provide clear direction to class assistants to help sessions run seamlessly.

● Availability & Mobility
Work at least 2 days per week (approx. 6‑hour shifts) starting in May, across various Mississauga locations, with reliable transportation. It’s also helpful (but not required) if you’re able to transport equipment before or after classes on occasion, which would require access to a large car or medium‑sized SUV.

Required Training:

All new Class Leaders must be available to attend our Flight School Training - a full week of immersive, hands‑on learning held in Ottawa during the first week of May. Travel arrangements for this training will be coordinated for successful candidates.
