Marketing assistant

​Lullaland, a women-owned startup specializing in sensory classes for babies and toddlers, is seeking a creative and highly skilled Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will help promote our programs, and create content for multiple Lullaland territories, including franchisees across Canada. Strong editing skills and experience in creating video reels are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and edit engaging content, including social media posts, voiceovers, website pages and newsletters.
• Develop and manage content for Lullaland’s various territories, including franchisee-specific materials.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
• Be able to take feedback constructively and thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high level of independence.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain and update marketing materials for franchisees, ensuring brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Support the organization and promotion of events, such as PR days or videographer promotional classes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video editing and creating reels for brand social media platforms.
• Passion for early childhood development and sensory education.
• Previous experience in marketing or brand management – minimum1-2 years.
• Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, and video editing software.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
